Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Visual Communication, Storytelling
Sports have been a huge part of my life. Football, baseball, basketball, hockey; I like them all. So, when sports essentially shut down due to COVID-19, I had a hard time. Soccer leagues were one of the first to return to play, and I started watching it religiously. It was love at first viewing. The game is exciting, and the passion is amazing.
Shortly after my love affair with soccer began, there was an opportunity to tell a visual story about any topic. This slideshow was created to tell the story of the rise and fall of the proposed Super League.
Through beautiful and evocative imagery, full bleed photographs, and clever use of graphics, I was able to tell a complicated story with minimal text. This presentation shows an eye for graphic design, the ability to communicate ideas and stories to an audience, and technical skill in PowerPoint, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
On a personal level, this presentation was incredibly satisfying to make. I continued my development in visual and graphic design and learned a lot of useful skills that will serve me well.
